1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If the product is damaged or defective upon delivery, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a return and send you a replacement or issue a full refund.
  • Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect item, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for the return and send you the correct product.
  • Return Requests: We do not accept returns for products that are not damaged or defective, as all items sold on our site are final sale unless they fall under the above categories.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Contact us via email at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Step 2: Provide your order number, details of the issue (damaged or incorrect item), and any relevant photos (if applicable).
  • Step 3: Once your return request is approved, we will guide you through the return process. You will be provided with return instructions and any additional necessary details.

3. Conditions for Returns

  • The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
  • Products must be unused and free from any signs of wear or damage.
  • Returns should include all original parts, accessories, and manuals, if applicable.

4. Refunds

Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Since we operate on a Cash on Delivery (COD) payment method, the refund will be processed via bank transfer or another mutually agreed method.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item).

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you must return the original item and place a new order for the replacement.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Products that have been used, washed, or altered.
  • Items purchased more than 7 days ago.
  • Sale or promotional items.
